Scott Wagner
President
Scott Wagner brings over 33 years of experience in the window and door industry. A Richmond native and 1986 graduate of Virginia Military Institute, Scott began his career in service to the country as a U.S. Air Force.
He transitioned into the building products industry in 1992, starting in sales for a local Weather Shield dealer. In 2004, Scott founded Custom View with a clear mission: to deliver exceptional customer service and act as a collaborative, trusted resource for builders, architects, and their clients seeking premium window and door solutions.
Bryan Winn
Vice President
Bryan joined Custom View in 2009 and brings over 25 years of experience in the window industry. As Vice President, he also serves as a sales and architectural consultant in the Richmond area. Bryan lives in Chesterfield with his wife Jennifer and their two children, Griffin and Addy.
Paul Ebbers
Architectural Consulting & Sales
Northern Neck/Eastern Virginia
Paul has worked with Custom View since 2011, focusing on luxury residential projects in coastal Virginia. His background includes 12 years in higher education and decades in the window and construction industry. He specializes in design and specification consulting for large glass applications, modern architectural styles, and high-end window systems.
John Waggoner
Architectural Consulting & Sales
With over 42 years of experience in the industry, John joined Custom View in 2021. His background includes roles in estimating, architectural sales, and millwork. Known for his attention to detail, he enjoys the challenges of complex residential and commercial projects. John and his wife Phyllis live in Midlothian and keep busy with six grandchildren and three pets.

Angela Hubbard
Vice President of Business Development
Angela is a James Madison University graduate (Class of 1993) and brings 12 years of experience in the construction industry. She previously served as Executive Director for a professional remodeling organization, where she built strong relationships within the industry. At Custom View, Angela focuses on supporting builders and architects through continuing education and personalized service. She is also the proud mother of three fellow JMU Dukes.
Corbin Tilson
Secretary/Treasurer
Corbin puts the family in family-owned and operated. A Richmond native and daughter of Custom View’s founder, Scott Wagner, Corbin joined the company in 2022. Known for her bright smile, cheerful spirit, and contagious laugh, she brings warmth and positivity to the showroom. Corbin holds a bachelor’s degree from James Madison University and a master’s degree from Gallaudet University. She lives in Henrico with her son, Jack, and plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the Custom View team.
Gregg Martin
Operations Manager
Gregg Martin is known among Custom View’s builder clients as the go-to expert for technical window and door support—always responsive and ready to assist when needed. A Richmond native and VCU Psychology graduate, Gregg brings over 30 years of construction experience, with 23 years focused specifically on fenestration. Prior to joining Custom View, he held technical service roles at SNE Enterprises and served as Service Manager at Structural Systems Inc. His deep knowledge and dependable support make him an invaluable resource for both the team and clients alike.
Carol Hile
Office Manager
Carol Hile is a veteran member of the Custom View team, bringing over 20 years of experience in the window and door industry and 17 years of dedicated service since joining the company in 2008. Originally from Takoma Park, Maryland, Carol has called Richmond home since 1983. She’s often the first friendly face to greet visitors in our showroom and plays a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly. Outside of work, Carol enjoys cooking, reading, growing native plants, and spending time with her beloved “grands.”

Administrative Assistant
James is the first friendly face you will see when visiting the Custom View showroom. He provides essential administrative support to the Custom View team, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations across departments.

A Richmond native with a passion for art, Brandon ensures Custom View’s warehouse operations run smoothly. His attention to detail and organizational skills help guarantee timely and accurate product deliveries.
Keshard Wells

Keshard is the newest member of the Custom View team. A Richmond native and father of two daughters, he enjoys sports and brings a strong work ethic and team spirit to our operations team.
